VILLA CRISTINA-(CIR:)
Villa Cristina is a wonderful property right on the shores of Lake Garda. Here you can enjoy absolute privacy and quietness while relaxing in the beautiful garden with swimming pool or on the lake view terraces. The villa also offers a direct access to the lake, the secluded beach right in fron fo the house and to the private pier of the house.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 adults, with 4 double bedrooms with kindsize beds, 1 double bedroom with queensize sofa bed and 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a large living-dining room wiht access to one of the lake view terraces. From the second lake view terrace/patio is connected to the garden with its swimming pool and to the lake, through the pedestrian private gate.
Covered parking inside the property with possibility to park up to 4 cars.
The guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and to the private pier right in front of the house Please note that there is a building site next to the villa. The work is nearly done but there could be noise on occasion.
